Strawberry Matcha Latte Recipe

A refreshing summer drink with a creamy twist

I know I’m a little late to the party, but I’ve finally discovered the strawberry matcha latte, and I understand why it became such a summer favorite. There’s something about the combination of earthy matcha, creamy oat milk, and sweet strawberries that just works. It feels refreshing, a little indulgent, and it’s a beautiful way to enjoy matcha in a different form.I wanted to recreate this trend at home, but I’ll admit I’m not the most patient matcha maker. Instead of preparing matcha from scratch, I used a readymade barista style oat matcha drink and built my own version around it. The result was a simple homemade strawberry matcha latte that was creamy, balanced, and surprisingly easy to make. For this recipe, I used Natrue Barista Oat Pistachio Matcha Drink, which made the process quick while still giving the drink that smooth matcha flavor and creamy texture I was looking for.

Styling & Photography Notes

This recipe is a great example of how simple ingredients can create something visually striking. The contrast between the vibrant strawberry tones and the soft green matcha creates a fresh, modern aesthetic that works beautifully for food and beverage photography.

I love creating recipe concepts that help brands showcase their products in an authentic way—whether that’s for websites, campaigns, social media, or editorial content. A well-developed recipe can turn an everyday product into a story that customers can connect with.
